Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the shipment. (Please note that products that are on sale or shipped internationally are not eligible for return. In case you have received a product in damaged condition, you should email us a photo of the damaged product to apply for a return.
Ashmi’s Creation will not accept any return request placed over Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, or call.
In case you wish to return a product, make sure that the product is neatly packed along with the original packing material.
Depending on the availability of a return pickup facility in your location, our courier guy will collect the product from your location at a stipulated time. In case a return pickup facility is not available at your location, it is completely your responsibility to send the product through a reputed courier service provider to the below address: 3/3U/1, D.Gupta Lane, Kolkata- 700050
1. And don’t forget to share the snapshot of the courier receipt with us over email.
2. The refund amount will be processed directly to your bank account within 5 to 7 days, depending on the bank policy. In case you opt for store credit, you can purchase any item from our store in exchange for that store credit.
3. Please note that forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
