We offer easy returns and refunds for:
1) Products that are damaged, defective or torn when they are received.
2) Products that do not match the photos or details provided on the website.
You should return the products, along with the invoice, in the same condition in which you received them. If a dispute arises, it must be reported to the seller within three days of product delivery, and the product must be returned within seven days (even if the buyer is going for self-shipping). If the defect/damage/mismatch is found within three days, please contact us.
To facilitate the quick service from our end, please provide bank account details if you would like a quick refund (other than product exchanges). The customer can cancel their order within one hour of placing it if they wish to. Customer refunds will also be handled in the same manner within 10 business days if the customer requests. The right to return a product is within 48 hours of its delivery.
Ashmi’s Creation will have the final authority to determine whether the dispute is valid or not. If the complaint is genuine and the circumstances are right, we may refund the total amount.
